Coffee Ethiopia

Ethiopia is the old native country of the Arabica coffee. A plateau south from the Lake Tana has ideal climatic conditions for cultivating of Arabica. This coffee has a full-bodied soft spicy flavour with a little acidity behind. Aroma is very strong, typical Ethiopian.

The mutation of the Arabica coffee is characterized by its unusual big corn, which is called “giant’s corn”. This coffee is called after the village Maragogype in the north-Brazilian province Bahia, where it was founded in 1870. It is a harmonic coffee with balanced fruit flavour.
